It can be tough being a graphic designer. Long hours staring at pixels of varying magnitudes; a compulsion to work while under the influence of enough caffeine to make small animals explode; and the pressure of having to come up with designs that are unique while also clearly identifying the client’s brand.
It’s little surprise that occasionally a design slips by where had you just stepped back and taken a look at it, you would have realized your mistake.
Such can only be the case with the Brazilian Institute for Oriental Studies’ logo:
This was the winner of the Phallic Logo Awards. The runners up are sure to make you giggle.
